1. Get enough sleep

Do you have bags under your eyes and look tired all the time? Well, it’s probably because you are tired and you need more sleep. In fact, a study, commissioned by skincare giant, Estée Lauder found that sleep quality impacts skin function and aging. The study showed that poor sleepers had increased signs of skin aging and slower recovery from many environmental stressors.

The American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the Sleep Research Society says that it is necessary for adults to get at least seven hours of sleep per night. If you’re not getting those critical hours, make some adjustments so you do.
